Sarah L. Reynolds
Hello, my name is Sarah Reynolds, I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Kentucky, and the owner of Building Foundations Counseling and Consultation, LLC. I am passionate about meeting individuals and families where they are and assisting them to build the necessary skills for the life they seek. I believe you are the expert of your life, and my work focuses on working alongside my clients in whatever struggles they are dealing with to reach their treatment goals.
I am a certified Perinatal Mental Health provider (PMH-C) and a registered Circle of Security Parenting facilitator. I offer clinical social work supervision, and continuing education trainings for mental health clinicians.
